Roser til rosé fra Rema

For en måneds tid siden var jeg en tur i Sydfrankrig og lavede pitstop hos forskellige vinmagere. Nogle steder kunne man allerede få den nye 2017-rosé på flaske. Andre steder, som for eksempel i Bandol – var den ikke frigivet endnu. Jeg var så heldig at få lov at få en prøve af vinen direkte fra ståltanken flere steder, blandt andet hos Domaines Bunan, som stod bag min favorit-rosé sidste sommer. Det kunne den godt gå hen og blive igen i år, for det var en top lækker vin, jeg fik lov at smugsmage. Glæder mig til at få den i et rigtigt glas fra en rigtig flaske!

1. marts markerer jo overgangen til forår, som er første kvartal i rosé-sæsonen, og siden jeg kom hjem, har jeg gået rundt og holdt øje med, om der var nogle vinfolk, der var vakse ved havelågen og sørgede for deres rosé-elskende publikum med noget ung og sprød vin på hylderne. Og sørme om ikke Rema 1000 pludselig havde en sart lyserød Côtes de Provence stående til beskedne 59 kr. – altså ikke noget at være bange for, selv om jeg ikke kendte domænet. Hjem på køl med den!

Virkelig fin at se på, den vin. En rigtig bleg lyserød – super sart og lys. Lige som den skal være. Proppen af. Meget aromatisk og indbydende – melon og blomster. Tjek. Så langt, så godt. Og så smagen, som gjorde det, den skulle: Den bød på milde nuancer af ferskner, grapefrugt og røde bær på en meget let og elegant måde. God syre og stor friskhed. Alt i alt en fin og spændstig lille rosé, der var mere end de 59 kr. værd, som jeg måtte slippe for den. Jeg drak den sammen med stenbiderrogn på ristet brød, skalotteløg, cremefraiche og avocadoskiver. Det bliver svært at vippe roséen her af pinden som favoritvin til dén ret. Hurra for den kombination!

Du kan roligt starte din rosé-sæson med Château Castel des Maures, Cuvée Jeanne 2017, som jeg giver 5 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ med på vejen. Dejligt, der er nogen, der har den friske rosé på hylderne. Når først den nye årgang er tilgængelig, bør man efter min mening ikke gå tilbage til tidligere årgange. Med andre ord: I år skal der drikkes rosé fra 2017.
