Frosé med vandmelon

Jeg er modstander af at hælde vin ud –  også selv om man ikke kan lide den. Hvis jeg har gjort et fejlkøb eller har sjatter tilovers, plejer jeg at koge sauce på resterne, men i sommervarmen kan man også bruge sine rosé-sjatter eller -fejlkøb til noget andet sjovt – nemlig frosé. Det er jo vinbloggerens svar på slush-ice og virkelig godt i varmen.

Jeg har fået lov at bringe Louisa Lorangs opskrift på vandmelonfrosé. Tættere på en legemliggørelse af selve sommeren kommer man ikke. God fornøjelse og tak til Louisa!

Frosé – 4-6 personer

1 flaske rosé

300 g vandmelon (uden skræl)

3 dl isterninger

1-2 spsk. agavesirup

Evt. lidt limesaft

Kom roséen i en bøtte med låg, luk den tæt (så vi ikke risikerer at alkoholen fordamper!), og frys den.

Skær vandmelonen i tern.

Blend den frosne rosé med vandmelon, isterninger, agavesirup og evt. lidt lime. Servér straks – gerne med sugerør.

TIP: frosé er noget du skal serverer hurtig som en ninja. Drinken smelter nemlig hurtigt! Sæt gerne dine glas i køleskabet inden, så de er helt kolde. Det hjælper lidt.
